Who we are
Chartside is a dictation and charting tool for clinicians on the Mac. Questions about this policy go to William@PhysicianIncomeOS.com.
What we collect on this website and in our ads
Only what you type into a form:
- Website forms. Your email, plus the sign-up questions on that form — for example your role, your specialty, your training stage, your name, or whether you want to hear when Windows is ready.
- Meta lead forms. If you sign up through one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, we receive your name, email, and your answers to the sign-up questions (for example, “Do you write clinical notes on a Mac?”).
- Where you came from. The page you signed up on and, if you arrived from a link we posted, the campaign tag on that link.
- Purchases. If you buy something, Stripe handles the payment. We receive your name, email, and what you bought — never your full card number.
Analytics and cookies. This site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to count visits, see which pages are read, and record when a form is submitted or a checkout starts. It does not receive your email or form answers. The site also saves a few small settings in your browser — for example, that you closed the sign-up tab — so it doesn’t show it again. Fonts load from Google Fonts. There is no advertising pixel on this site.
How we use it

- To reply when you write to us.
- To improve the product.
We do not sell or rent personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run this site and its forms:
Netlify — hosts this website and receives form submissions.
Google Workspace — our email with you, and the Google Sheet where sign-ups are kept.
Google Analytics and Google Fonts — site analytics and web fonts, as described above.
Meta — runs the Facebook and Instagram lead forms you may have filled out.
Stripe — payments and billing.
The Chartside app and PHI
Chartside is built for HIPAA. No PHI stored. BAAs in place with every vendor that touches your data.
- Your audio, while you hold the dictation key, goes to our speech-to-text vendor to be transcribed.
- De-identified text only goes to the language model that polishes wording and powers Copilot — under a BAA with zero retention.
- Screenshots. Copilot reads your screen locally. Screenshots never leave the machine.
- Your notes. Nothing is stored on our servers. The chart stays in the chart.
- Chartside never connects to your EHR. There is no interface, no API, and nothing for your hospital to install.

Your choices
- Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.
- To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email William@PhysicianIncomeOS.com.
- We respond within 30 days.
How long we keep it
Early-access sign-ups are kept until Chartside launches, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first.
Children
This site and Chartside are not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update the effective date at the top of this page.
