What Chartside does
Dictation
Hold Shift, speak, and the text lands in any EHR text field. Drug names, doses and abbreviations come out right, and a word Chartside didn’t catch clearly is flagged for you to check.
Dot Phrases
Say “dot” and the phrase name mid-sentence. The saved text drops in and dictation keeps going. Bring your SmartPhrases with you.
Copilot
Copilot is a tracker: you say or tap the code you chose, and it keeps your wRVU tally. It never reads your note or recommends a code.

Am I charged today?
Yes. Your first payment is taken at signup, at the founding price. Annual is billed $228 once a year; monthly is $29 a month.
What if I change my mind?
You get every dollar back. Founding Member orders are 100% refundable any time before access is delivered, and for 30 days after. Email William@Chartside.app and the refund goes back to your card.
Does the founding price ever go up?
Not while you stay subscribed. If you cancel and come back later, you pay the standard price at that time: $49/mo, or $29/mo billed annually.
When does the founding offer end?
When all 25 seats are taken, or on December 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern, whichever comes first. Standard pricing starts after that.
